The location is just perfect. Check in and access with key codes worked fine. Generally, the room was quite small and I don’t see how three people could have fitted in. The carpet was full of old stains.

My experience exceeded expectations. Staff communication with WhatsApp was quick and courteous. Room was great. Ideal location to Old Town Krakow and the train station. I will definitely stay here again.

The property is located in an amazing position in Kraków which is only 3/4 minutes far away from the main square (of course it depends from how fast you walk) which made everything much easier. The Room was really clean and they provided us with all the necessary for a 4 days staying. Moreover, it was also quite spacious.

Fantastic location. Right off the Little Market square, 15-20 minutes walk to train station and just steps away from Old Town. Clean and modern furnishings at a very affordable price. Luggage storage available. There’s no reception office on site, but check in procedure and communications through WhatsApp were very easy.

Situated in the old town and a five minute walk to the main square. Simple check in, you're mailed/texted the entry code for the main entrance and your room on the day of arrival. Ten minute walk from Krakow station if you choose to take the train from the airport. Very good value

Great Location

Decent sized room, not enough storage space. There is tea coffee making facilities and a mini fridge. The surfaces and floor were not the cleanest. A light in the back yard between buildings is needed. Great wee place for a stay

Pros about this stay: FANTASTIC location, great price, beds clean, air conditioning worked well, newly remodeled and WiFi worked well. Cons about this stay: I’m talking the most basic of Ammenities - only give 2 bath towels with one shower mat towel - no hand towels - room not cleaned daily - they were only able to exchange my towels once during stay. Hand soap is size of a EURO coin, shower gel is TINY and used up immediately - no shampoos/conditionars/loations. Beds felt skinnier than a regular twin size. Only 1 EURO pillow per bed. Very LIMITED space for any suitcase. Very noisy - you hear main door SLAM all night long. But location was REALLY GOOD. Note: check out time is 10am - they require proof of a good review to extend Che k out to 11am - hum….

Bad customer service and no toilet roll

Rooms doesn’t get changed at all unless you pay extra everyday, if you need anything by WhatsApp asked for toilet roll said the housekeeping going to bring it down in the morning, had asked again as came back tostill no toilet roll after being out all day, said won’t be bringing it until after 9 not good enough!! The hotel service was shocking on day check out housekeeping walked into the room no knocking expecting us out of the room before check out. Only thing can say good location within walking distance

Carpets were dirty, beds were uncomfortable with a tiny bathroom which had a shower that was minute! Overall an okay stay, these are not apartments, they are hotel rooms without daily servicing. Good for a night, the room and beds are small, if you are staying for longer I'd recommend somewhere else. Very convenient location for the old town.

Not recomended

I was given a ground-floor room facing the street, and the traffic noise was unbearable. I barely slept a wink, and the sound of cars driving over the cobblestones was the worst. The bed, which was supposed to be a single, was actually two separate mattresses pushed together, and they kept sliding apart during the night, making it incredibly uncomfortable. The shower booth was also uncomfortably small. I will never stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay! The area is beautiful and it is within walking distance to the main old town square. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. The building is older but the decor was modern and clean. We did have some issues getting into the building with the code we were given and had to call reception. There is not a front desk, check-in and check-out is done virtually.

Lovely, but be careful.

Lovely rooms, very comfortable. One slight issue, when we went to check-in our room wasnt ready so we were changed room. Sadly at 4am the person previously allocated that room arrived, which was distressing and interrupted the night.
