Amazing three nights

So as a solo traveller trying to do this on the cheap, my room was a luxury. Big, comfortable, good location and some gym equipment . Definitely booking again to stay

The hotel was only 20mins walk from town centre. Rynek Glowny and St Mary’s Basilica were amazing. The room was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely restaurants in central Krakow.

Great hotel

Great location, just a few minutes walk to the old town. Large and quiet room Private living room with sofa. AC and good beds. (double deluxe) Delicious breakfast with a good selection Very helpful staff. Got to check out an hour later without any problems. Will definitely come back

Kerb appeal was bad as they were obviously doing something to the building but we were never told, also the safe in the room did Not have instructions and Aircon did not work.we were given a different room but that had NO safe ?? Breakfast was not good,it was cold and no toaster, and the bread was really poor selection of anything.

When wife and i stayed, the receptionists were very polite and informative. However, there was 'bits' on the floor in the room that never disappeared as the room did not seem to ever get vacuumed, just the beds made and new towels. Otherwise, all was great.
