I really enjoyed my stay. The rooms was clean and the place quiet. Nothing to complain except the location which is not that near the centre of the city, you have to walk for 15 minutes to get there.

Great place. Room was clean and the area super safe within walking distance from everything. From trams to trains you have it all. Staff was friendly as well. Just remember to take an hairdryer. And pleade a duvet slightly bigger!

The room wasn’t ready when we arrived, but we were early. Once we got in, it was a good size, clean, with a lovely bathroom. It did feel too warm at times, even with the air con on. Our key also stopped working twice, which was annoying, but the team sorted it quickly. The apartment is in a decent area, about 15–20 minutes from the Old Town, and there’s a convenient grocery store right next to it. I’d stay here again if I came back to Krakow.

Very clean modern apartment. Very close to main square 15 min walk. Nice staff. Only downside was the fact there is no regular towel changes or toilet roll refresh however when asking for them they were given. Very enjoyable stay. Would stay again

New and stylish student home turned hotel during the summer. Not the most central location for the old town but there were restaurants and a big shopping centre nearby. Great room! Great gym.

Everything was great except for the check-in process. The hotel made it confusing for us to check in. They mention that the late check-in service was located in a completely different area. Eventually, we went back to the hotel, and the security guard kindly gave us our key card. It would’ve been much easier if they had provided a clear check-in map or better instructions upon arrival. Apart from the check-in issue, we really enjoyed our stay. Thanks.

Very charming campus building and the room had all I needed including a desk. Very good for the price and the city center and the Kazimierz district are both in easy walking distance. We didn't find the entrance for the check-in right away (I didn't understand there was an automatic self-check in machine, so I found someone to help us at the bureau, which they kindly did) and after that it was smooth sailing.

Great stay!

I had a great stay. Only thing to comment on, is I wished there would have been better information on how to check-in. It was a lot easier to check in and out than I thought. The room and bathroom was superb, clean and very modern. Loved the big fridge, dishwasher and the big closet. Easy to connect to the tv with a phone.

Excellent condition of the rooms and the property in general (one of the cleanest and well renewed I have ever been). From the negatives, I would start by saying that I do not appreciate the use of automated check-in/check out systems at all. The human touch and the presence of employees who can assist travelers on a broader time basis, are strongly missing these days. It's okay to save costs, but it's not enough for a pleasant guest experience

An okay option for affordable stay in Krakow.

The room was clean and nice. The bedsheet was too small for the bed and only one duvet for two people. Our keycards also stopped working after a few days, but the security guard was kind and helpful, and resolved the issue. Also there is no reception. Location was great and besides the small issues, our stay was pleasant.

As a professor, I usually stay in hotels. But I get tired of paying $250 a night. With Milestone, it had everything I could ever want for a fraction of the price. It was very simple and very clean. It wasn't huge but it wasn't tiny either. I didn't need anymore. Having a kitchen was a great addition. I don't want to eat out for every last meal. For breakfast, I got granola, milk, juice and coffee. I was set for half the day. It terms of proximity, it was a 20 minute walk. Easy. The neighbor was fine. Typical. It was safe. I heard no noise from either the street or neighbors. I highly recommend it.

Overall it was a pleasant experience with a few areas for improvement. Pros: -Clean and well-maintained rooms. -Accessible for people with special needs. -Convenient location, just 15 minutes on foot from the Old Town Square, perfect for exploring Krakow. Cons: -The check-in process was a bit challenging. It would have been much easier to have key lockers available for guests. To be more specific the he self-check-in machines weren’t working and didn’t recognize my reservation number, making the process more difficult. At the same time the building is large with at least two or three entrances, so finding the security guard for the key was a bit confusing. -The mattress sheet was too small and shifted easily, causing direct contact with the mattress, which was not good from a hygienic perspective. -The amount of toilet paper provided could have been more generous. In conclusion, the property is a solid option with a great location and accessibility, but improvements in the check-in process and comfort would make the experience even better.

Very happy guest

Although part of the building is student accomodation the Milestone Urban is actually more like a hotel than a hostel. The accomodation was spotless and appeared virtually brand new. The addition of the kitchette was welcome with a kettle, two ring hob and convector/ microwave plus a dishwasher which required our own tablets. A comfortable bed and nice shower room made this stay very accommodating. The TV did not provide any english channels and guests should be aware that there is no daily maid service which suited us fine. Half way through our stay we asked for fresh towels, kitchen roll and toilet roll which were delivered promptly. There is an adquate gym with 2 bikes,2 orbital trainers and a treadmill for cardio. Weights were limited to a squat rack with barbell and also a rack of dumbells which should satisfy basic fitness need. There is slso a launderette which we didn't use. The location of Milstone is great for access to most of the tourist sites and tht main market square is about a 10-15 minute walk. Buses and trams are also available.There is also a large Carrefour nearbye. Our criticism is with the check-in in process. The auto check-in did not work but the security guard in the reception was very helpful and we eventually got got our room keys. Due to the dual function of the building the signage could make things a bit clearer and despite rhe 'Urban' name the word was not visible anywhere which was confusing. TIP:Take a hair dryer,T towel, bottle opener.
