Comfortable hotel. Great service.

We had a clean room with all the basic amenities. The front desk and bellman services were excellent. They provided an electric electrical adapter for the unusual Hong Kong AC outlets. They assisted with both taxi and rideshare needs and allowed us to drop our luggage off at 8 AM so we could enjoy our day before the 3 PM check-in. We were also able to check in an hour early. The elevators were always available and waits were never long. We thought the breakfast buffet was m expensive so we just went out in the morning for breakfast. The hotel is walking distance to hundreds of restaurants, markets and shops.

Property is conveniently located, sustainability measures appear to be in place, room was clean but worn out and very small. Pool had a lovely pool but the pool itself and the shower area were not very clean, pool water was murky.

Basic hotel that was within easy walking distance of the MTR. I gave it a three because it met my overall needs but nothing stood out as exceptional. Great little coffee shop right next to it. Limited eating options in the direct vicinity. You needed to walk several blocks.
