Mix experience

Take A2 exit @ Mong Kok MTR to reach the hotel. Many types of rooms available based on who do you travel with (Disabled/spouse/family). Housekeepers are good & clean. Toiletries & bottled water are provided daily. Hotel situated away from the busy hub which is good. Hotel room furnitures are old. We have to climb up the stairs to reach the “ mini lobby”. Hotel staff are rude, NO manners, impolite which reflects most hongkies.

不會再入住。

櫃檯職員對你態度愛理不理，查詢東西都必須要親身到櫃位，房間內電話櫃位有人在都沒有接聽。 最過分的是房間內有蚊，結果咬到手全腫，職員亦不過問，酒店Wi-Fi ， 1小時要登出一次，櫃檯職員說，就好像麥當勞一樣要觀看完廣告才有免費Wi-Fi ，跟酒店網上說的完全不一樣，房間冷氣不夠冷。 不會再入住。

No me dieron la habitación que reservé sino una mas chica, estábamos muy incómodos pero nos adaptamos. El hotel tenía cerrado el salón de cafetería y comedor. Compensaron con muy buen trato

旅館離旺角地鐵站蠻近的，走幾分鐘就可以到達！延途還會經過熱門店家，交通很方便。旅社也很乾淨整齊。還有窗戶。整體而言非常不錯。

地點方便

櫃檯的態度可以再更好，有待加強，整體來說還行以他們的價位。 地點來說蠻方便的，有地鐵，有百貨，有茶餐廳，路邊小吃等都可滿足來遊玩或辦公的各個階層人士。

Unfriendly female staff during checkout

The male staff was polite and helpful when I was checking in. The female staff was very unfriendly and impolite when I was checking out. Fortunately I didn't encounter her during check-in, which would have ruined the mood of this trip. A blemish of this otherwise fair hotel.

Das Zimmer war sehr, aber sehr!, klein. Der Wasserabfluss in der Dusche war leicht verstopft, man musste immer wieder warten, bis das Wasser abfliesst. Ansonsten ist das Hotelzimmer für wenige Nächte ok. Für Leute, die viel unterwegs sind und kaum im Hotel ist, genügt dieses Hotelzimmer.

No to European standards

Clean and well located hotel for shopping and travelling. If you are over 5'5" the beds are going to be a challenge for you! Well decorated and many restaurants and bars around.

If you really have to...

The local area where the front door is a little run down. What you should absolutley know is that you have carry all of your own luggage up a flight of stairs to get to the elevator- they do not help you. There is ONE photo that suggests that you have to go up stairs but it is not clearly stated that it is necessary to grt to your hotel. The room is clean enough tho the room is very small. This is expected but it so tiny!! The beds are super close together if you have two beds. If you are just sleepijg here its fine. Just know you have to carry your own luggage to the elevator.

安さ以外はオススメできない

清潔感はありただ泊まるだけなら良し。コンセントから充電ができずWi-Fiのバッテリー切れるしホテルのWi-Fiも繋がらない。外の音がうるさい。タオルだけありドライヤーはない。 しかも今回の費用は約$430HKだったのにチェックイン時にデポジットとして$500HK取られるが、帰りもそのままの金額で精算されて損した。香港20回以上来てる私ですが、ここ泊まるなら周辺のローズデールやシルカウエストなどに多少高くても泊まる。もうここには泊まらない。

駅からちょっと遠いけど、キレイ

奥運駅と旺角駅の中間くらいにあります。 駅からはちょっと歩くので、WiFiか地図ないと厳しいと思います。部屋はとても綺麗です。ディズニーランド目的で行ったのですが、帰って寝るだけなら、お値段も含めて最高だと思います！
