"Detail: I don't normally leave reviews but if I can help someone out, I hope this is it. Make sure to CALL BEFORE you book online and confirm if there is water. It is a basic human need but yeah, no water in the area during our 3 days there. It ruined the weekend but the staff could not do much. "We had a lovely view of the dam day and night, night view was a personal favourite. The staff were super helpful, friendly and accommodating. We were unfortunate to have had same booking as a wedding for that weekend, so there was a fair bit of noise and activity so we didn't get to enjoy tranquility of the place until our last full day there. "We had a comfortable stay. The breakfast at Khayamanzi was by far it's best attribute. The Dstv signal was very poor... considering that we don't get to watch movies and we just wanted to relax and watch a good movie but couldn't. If you have kids under 4 years old, make bedding arrangements because although the website may not charge you for kids, it doesn't give you options for their stay... Which means you would have to then pay for their stay as an older child."
