"Certainly one of the better properties of the Holiday Inn Express chain. The only issue was that they could not modify the printed receipt to add a company name (it’s a policy I have to follow) since with the print-out the account was changed to status “checked out”."

"Couldnt even get to the room. Had contacted property about having 3 dogs - 1 being a service dog. When we arrived, we were told "sorry we only accept 2 - new management". I offered to purchase a second room - to no avail. Went next door and will NEVER deal with this hotel again. Being less than helpful and when asked if there was anything we could do, the attendant, Salem, simply said Nope!"
