Wonderfully well presented resort with private villas and pools. Very quiet and peaceful but only 10-15 minutes taxi from both Chaweng and Fishermans Village. Staff are great and communication is always timely and helpful. Will be back.

Amazing outdoor shower, pool was excellent. The layout and design was great and we really felt we would come back with how enjoyable and comfortable the stay was. One of the best stays we had in Thailand.

A really wonderful small resort containing private pool villas. The villas are well laid out and give great privacy. The private pools are a blessing, but the resort also has a large shared pool if you want to do longer lengths. What makes it such a good place though is the wonderful staff and management who are so helpful. Excellent, will be back (again!).

Really enjoyed our stay at the Boat Lagoon. The villa, with our own pool and outdoor kitchen area, was stunning. Situated in the North of the island was lovely and quiet yet with some good food and activities close by. The beach by the hotel wasn’t remarkable - although great for watching the sunsets, but there was a free shuttle to a good beach nearby. The staff were all really friendly and the reception staff very helpful. Thoroughly recommended and would definitely stay again.

Honeymooner approved!
We loved this hotel! This was the first stop on our honeymoon trip and the Samui Boat Lagoon set high expectations for the remainder of the trip. We booked a one-bedroom villa with a private pool, which was very romantic. We enjoyed using the pool at night to unwind. The property is beautiful and the staff is helpful. They were able to arrange taxis for us when we needed it, but also provided free pickup and drop off at the airport, which was a great perk. Additionally, the hotel is close to a 7 Eleven (where we stopped often to get water/snacks/beer), a Thai restaurant, a motorcycle rental shop and even a place to do laundry for $3 a kg. It is located farther away from the touristy Chaweng Beach, but we liked that about it, since that area is really congested and loud.

Cozy hideaway in north Samui
What a hotel. This hotel is worth every penny. The room has everything you could ever want. Outdoor lounging and pool truly is something special. Hotel is even nice enough to order food for you from the restaurant next door to have it delivered. Prices were also extremely reasonable and the food was great. They also have a motorbike rental service they recommend directly through the hotel that will deliver a bike directly to the hotel for you. Very convenient. Overall the stay was great.

La struttura è molto bella, soprattutto le ville con la piscina privata; che sono ben tenute e pulite ed hanno un bagno con una doccia meravigliosa. Consiglio vivamente i massaggi in camera! L'unica pecca... la disponibilità del personale alla reception, soprattutto nel giorno del nostro chek-out non sono stati proprio cortesi; avevamo chiesto di fare il chek out tardivo 3 giorni prima della partenza e ci è stato detto di no, che dovevamo farlo entro le 12 e ci hanno anche chiamato alle 11.30 per dirci di sbrigarci, inoltre hanno deciso di portarci in aeroporto quasi 3 ore prima del nostro volo, quando una coppia che aveva il nostro stesso biglietto è stata portata solo un'ora prima, tempo più che adeguato per chi parte dall'aeroporto di Koh Samui. Anche per quanto riguarda il servizio delivery non sono stati molto cortesi perché una mattina ho telefonato per ordinare la colazione e la signorina della reception mi ha risposto che il ristorante convenzionato con l'albergo apriva alle 14, quando in realtà sul menu in camera c'è scritto che il sevizio inizia alle 11.30 di mattina. Sicuramente è una struttura che consiglio perché è molto bella, avere la piscina privata e la possibilità di fare il bagno a qualsiasi ora non ha prezzo, però il personale dovrebbe essere più disponibile con i clienti e dovrebbero sistemare la situazione del servizio delivery.

Villa avec piscine privée / tranquillité absolue
Très belle villa sans aucun vis à vis et avec une grande piscine commune. Le personnel est très acceuillant et à l'écoute du moindre problème. Par contre, je conseille de louer un scooter pour éviter de payer le taxi régulièrement ( scooter : 150THB/jour ).

Pool villa
The villa itself is was clean, spacious, great value overall. We stayed our 4 first nights here since we wanted to chill, relax and read books. Its perfect for relaxing in villa and pool but the surroundings are not the best, remote location, some but not many places to eat near by and not the best of beaches.

Nice although ...
Loved the villa although it is very out of the way. The only thing that let this place down is a rude member of staff who works on reception she would always try and earn commission off our taxi fare (which she always did, she actually fell out with another member of staff over it as he would do it for 100 baht less as we’re here for such a long time he said it’s not fair on us). But then he explained that she’s not happy about it and they’re talking about us so we can only have it cheaper when we’re not there. She obviously just didn’t like us, you could feel it when you were in her presence and she tried charging us money for washing that we never had done and just the way she TELLS you that we had it done all angry isn’t very nice. If it wasn’t for her I would have loved this place, I think they really need to get rid of her for this to be the amazing place that it is.

Super Personal, super Service!!! Sehr hilfsbereit.
Wir haben einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Villa sind Top. Strand hat man auch in 20 m Entfernung aber nicht wirklich zum Baden, aber für einen Spaziergang mit einen super Sicht auf einen Sonnenuntergang. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und sind glücklich abgereist.

Incredibly dated hotel in the middle of nowhere
The only "luxurious" thing about this place is the self-rating they gave themselves in their slogan. It looks absolutely nothing like the photos, which I assume were taken about 15 years ago. the furniture was old and decayed, the bed linen was grimy and stained, the shelves and towel hooks were literally falling off the walls, the bathroom sink and tap were rusty, the air conditioning had only two settings: freezing cold and hot as hell there was no in-between. The staff were completely useless. We arrived to our overbooked hotel and were given an "upgrade" which consisted of a two-bedroom instead of one with the catch that the second room was locked and we couldn't access it. Our bathroom had no hot-water and it took about a whole day and 5 of them to fix, no apologies and couldn't even move us to another room. They finally agreed to it after much complaining and to make the most out of the experience we purchased an oil burner which the cleaning staff broke and took away from the room, no warning. when we came back from a day out we noticed the oil burner was missing and we were told it was broken and they threw it away. Everything was in mint condition when we left the room, so upon return we complained to reception and they started an argument with us instead of apologising and told us we needed to wait until the next day? why? we will never know. Overall - a highly unpleasant experience that almost ruined our holiday. Completely overpriced - AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Wunderbar
Die Villa ist ein Traum: grosszügig und mit EIGENEM Pool. Man fühlt sich vollkommen frei und ungestört. Viel Platz und eine tolle Einrichtung mit Aussenküche und -dusche. Einziges Manko ist wohl der Frühstücksservice, weil man das Essen von ausserhalb geliefert bekommt. Man kann sich aber auch einfach sein Frühstück selber machen.
