Bathroom horrors
The staff was amazing and so friendly. The rooms were big. But that’s where the positives end. The bathrooms were the worst that I have ever seen and smelled. They put moth ballls in the drain to mask the smell, which just made it repulsive. I desperately tried to not have to use our bathroom because I was scared to breath in the black mold and mouth ball air, which made the stay very unpleasant. Location to the beach was good but the beach was dirty and Full of garbage.

Bedding is not on standard, toilet is smelly and the shower is right next to the toilet, definitely not hygienic at all, specially when you’re not allowed to put any toilet paper in the toilet and the only clean your room after 5pm

Close to chaweng beach
The hotel restaurant was cute and nice. It’s located right across chaweng beautiful beach. The hotel staff was helpful and the room was spacious. The main thing I didn’t like was the bathroom, toilet got clogged and shower was splashing water everywhere since it has no curtain and is situated right near toilet so toilet got wet too. Hotel staff helped me book speed boat to other islands which was nice and any questions I had they were helpful. The location although right near beach is not as close walk to night life bars or shopping mall/ main part of chaweng beach near ark bar. It’s nice for some quiet at night but there are some hotels still quiet and near the main part of chaweng beach to walk to or night life/ more restaurants instead of overcharged taxis unless you rent bike :)

Overnight only after the ferry from Koh Tao. Great restaurant on site. Quiet, despite proximity to airport. Staff v helpful. Resident cat is cool.

Excellent service
The service on the front desk, the restaurant and from the house keeping was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable and had a stocked mini bar with snacks and drinks at good prices. The food from the restaurant was great too.

The service was excellent and the staff and manager were always eager to please. It is near the beach and near a 7/11 store for a quick pickup of emergency supplies. The price for the hotel was extremely good for what we received.

GREAT Quiet but convenient Location. Not fully up and running yet (restuarant yet to open) but freindly helpful staff more than make up for it. Rooms are spacious, well maintained, clean and staff are very responsive.

The room was nice, large with lots of space. The walk-out porch area is nice to sit and have a coffee first thing in the morning. The food was good and the services they provide with the boat services were convenient.

Friendly staff and atmosphere
The location of the hotel to Chewang Beach is great. Not on the beach but you walk through across the street. The price was right and i extended my stay a few nights. The layout of the hotel is interesting. I was in a newer section across the parking lot. AC was good and kept the place cool. Chairs and deck in front of the room was a nice place to relax. Limited front desk hours but Kun and the other staff were all friendly and helpful. I had an early morning checkout to catch my flight and it wasn’t an issue. I rented a scooter from them for a few days and it was easy through them. They ask for a large deposit or your passport on checkin.

Nice hotel, super friendly people
It was a super friendly, clean and comfy hotel.. The rooms were cleaned daily! Very spacious rooms.. Lotus Friendly Was right at the chaweng beach and 10 minutes walk from "the party and restaurant scene... The receptionist were truly great and helped you with everything you asked for... I would definitely come back again

The hotel is cheap and cheerful camt complain. Need a scooter to commute to the action but can get one from reception. I would go back if required

It was cheap and cheerful, 2 min walk to the beach wish i had gone there more. Have to have a scooter though to get anywhere whivh you can hire from reception.

Absolutly worth it if your on budget
the staff there is very friendly and helpfull. We had a double room with two beds, beds could have been a bit better, but the room was big, budget friendly and very clean. Big Thumbs up! They also have great food in their greek restaurant.
