"Best customer service, staff are always there to assist and provide exceptional service. They are always there for you! The rooms were well maintained and clean. The breakfast was great and the food was delicious. The spa services at oasis was great. The resort pool was clean and they had sea scooters for kids to play in the pool. They also have few restaurants on the property but we tried only 2 and bother were great. We tried saffron and the poop bar cafe that had burgers and other quick food and food and drink both were good. and ordered some room service. Overall we had the best time and already thinking about coming back."

"Our Trip to Thailand for our 16th anniversary was simply amazing. Thailand is a must go. Avani was a wonderful part of our experience with gracious staff, and need to shout out to Yob, Who was there for us everyday to assist us and get us up and down the mountain from our villa to the lobby so many times....Our pool villa was fantastic and strongly recommend. all the staff at Avani were there for us. The breakfast was fantastic. We loved our stay at Avani."

"An Unforgettable, Idyllic Escape! Santhiya Koh Yao Yai Resort & Spa is truly amazing from the moment you are picked up until your final departure. We stayed in a Sea Water Pool Room, which was absolutely idyllic—featuring a sparkling private pool, lush nature all around, and a full, breathtaking view of the ocean. The dining experience was equally impressive. Lunch at the main restaurant was exquisite, while the breakfast buffet offered an incredible variety of choices alongside impeccable service. As frequent travelers who visit many resorts, we can confidently say that Santhiya left a lasting impression on us. We cannot recommend it highly enough!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Grand Mercury Phuket, Patong. The hotel has a very convenient location - it is within walking distance to both the mall and the beach, which made everything easy. When we arrived, we even received a yummy complimentary cake for our anniversary, which was a lovely surprise. The pool was nice and there were always chairs available, so it was easy to relax between outings. The breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of options, and the overall service was great. The staff were always polite and helpful throughout our stay. We will highly recommend Grand Mercury Phuket to anyone visiting Patong!"

"Hotel is undergoing renovations, very noisy and too loud I had uncomfortable trip. Even the room sound isolation is an issue , you can literally hear your neighbors talk and their phone ringing in the middle of the night. You can hear the upper room dragging tables and chairs even when the house keeping are cleaning rooms you can hear their work loud. Only thing I liked is near to the beach access."
