"We had a fantastic stay at the resort nicely laid out with excellent staff and service. Breakfast could have been better with more choice of food. Restaurants were excellent with great food, bar at the side of reception had great choice of drinks. Regarding the room the bathroom was tired with missing grout between the tiles and mastic sealant could be renewed. Lighting could have been better. Main room itself was comfortable, a lot of loose floor tiles could do with resetting and regrouting some marks on the walls. Great service for booking tours and taxis/ transport. Great service with the golf carts taking you back and forth to rooms and reception. Some of the accommodation blocks looked tired with lots of cracks on the structures either superficial or structural and they could do with repairs being undertaken. The balcony woodwork could do with either renewal or further maintenance I understand the weather may play a part in this but worth mentioning. We had a fantastic time at the resort and would highly recommend. Many thanks for a lovely stay."

"Really good location off of the main strip, but easy access to the bars, restaurants and a short walk to the beach. Rooms were really good, we had 2 and the put us opposite each other which was helpful. Clean, good decor and refreshed daily. Staff really friendly. Pool was good, just a bit cold as out of the sun. Happy hour on the cocktails was worth it tho! Overall great for exploring Krabi and surrounding and good for nightlife also. "

"The JW Marriott Resort was absolutely breathtaking. The property is massive, with so many areas and restaurants that I didn’t even get a chance to experience everything due to time constraints. I stayed for a week in December, and the Christmas decorations throughout the resort added such a magical, festive touch—it truly elevated the entire atmosphere. From the moment my car arrived at the hotel, I was completely speechless. There was this overwhelming feeling of awe that’s honestly hard to put into words. It was one of those moments where you just feel how special a place is. My room exceeded all expectations. I stayed in a deluxe cabin, and it was incredibly spacious and beautifully designed. The bathroom opened into the bedroom, which made the room feel even more luxurious and open—just stunning. The staff truly made this experience unforgettable. A very special shout-out to OY at the concierge desk, who planned my tours and went above and beyond to make sure my vacation was seamless and memorable. She genuinely took care of me. The front desk team and the JW Café staff were also exceptional—warm, professional, and attentive at every interaction. Another huge shout-out goes to the team at Ginja Restaurant. If you’re traveling solo and craving amazing Thai food, this is a must-visit. The staff makes you feel right at home, and the food is outstanding.
