Welcoming staff on reception. Clean room. Well stocked amenities. Great shower. Very short walk to the beach road. Lots of bars, restaurants and 7-11’s very nearby. Would have liked 2 chairs on the balcony though.

Amazing stay! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The suite was fantastic — spacious, stylish and very comfortable. We absolutely loved the room and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. Everything was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was also good with a nice selection. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely come back again! ❤️

Best location in Pattaya on beach

Our third stay at the Holiday inn, Pattaya. The staff are all extremely helpful and you want for nothing. We hope to return again next year.!

Good location in a quieter part of Town but still enough going on around. Receptionist ""Apple" went out of her way to help us.

Good all round experience Would definitely recommend to everyone

I’ve been visiting for about the last 15 years. It is a wonderful resort with the biggest and best swimming pool of any hotel in the city (actually this resort has two, and the one featured on the Expedia/Siam Bayshore site is the smallest of them) and some very beautiful tropical gardens on a huge site, covering acres of land near to Bali HI pier. Unlike the newest hotel chains which all seem to build skyscrapers on tiny plots of land, this grand hotel has low-rise buildings on a huge estate...

I was treated like Royalty from the moment I arrived. The hotel stands as one of the best I have ever lived in even better than Vegas, London, Barbados and Dubai. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. They are a credit to the company and could teach many on how to conduct yourself in hospitality!

Overall our experience was great. However, we would recommend for restaurant staffs to be more prepared on handling hotel guests especially it is a festive holiday. Further, if there is a high guest traffic, the breakfast service should consider to extend the time or advise guests at least ten minutes before breakfast service ends. What had impressed us a lot is the spa and their service. Great promotion deal, marvelous massage techniques and friendly service. We would go back again for...
