The staff is international so even if you don't speak much Japanese you will be fine. It is peaceful and fun to walk around the area. "Wonderful service & food. Multi course traditional dinner & breakfast. Our waitress/maid for our stay, Ota-San was fantastic. Access to private onsens as a couple was nice. They also provided yukayas for us to wear on property. Amazing ryokan experience!"
