Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was a wonderful experience and the breakfast attendant was very helpful and cheerful. Overall I highly recommend a stay here. Next time in Chattanooga we will stay again.

The bed and room itself were clean, and while the bathroom appeared to have been cleaned, it looked dirty and the floor was tacky feeling. The shower was dingy. Other than that, the room was nice for the pricing.

First room had water all over floor. They moved us to another room. That room had some type of bugs on the wall. Bathroom floor had black stuff on it. Mattress cover was stained as if it was never washed. If it wouldn’t have been almost midnight and one of our travelers very sick when we arrived, we would have left the property and went somewhere else. It was right by the interstate and very noisy. If you’re a light sleeper you need to take it into consideration Best I can say about this place is the staff was very helpful

Easy connection to the interstate. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lights by the bed didn't work in the first room - the room they moved me to had a tv with a fuzzy picture and a toilet seat not secure. Everything else was fine.

We stayed here one night and it was fine. The rooms were clean. The guy who checked us in was rude and didn’t seem to want to help with anything. He just wanted to get us checked in and get us out his face. I told him I had my elderly parents and needed a handicap room but he stated they had none and put us in the second to last room on the end. We had a Tim getting my mom to it! No elevators only stairs. It was really tough on my mom. But the morning was better. They had a light breakfast and the new guy was very friendly. The pool closed early and opened late so we didn’t get to swim. It was a decent hotel.

Our room was reasonably clean, the bed was very comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very light offering juice, coffee, tea, dry cereals, small muffins, packaged crackers and packaged granola bars.

The staff was nice and my room was clean and they charge $50 for hotel fee per day but you will get it back to your bank 5-7 days. They have a waffle house and circle k across the street and a shell gas station store next to the hotel. The earliest you can check in is 4am. The only breakfast they serve is muffins, cereal, and granola bars and orange juice. My overall experience was great!!!
