Great place to stay. Walkable to many restaurants and little shops. Room was comfortable and very clean. Only negative was the elevator we had to wait a long time as only two were working and it has 18 floors. Other than that it was an amazing hotel

Comfortable and clean room! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. elevator was down but I was able to get the last room on the first floor. Our corner room was huge, great for the five of us. Staff friendly, helpful. And the free breakfast buffet was excellent - well above your standard hotel buffet.

Dee checked us in and was very informative and friendly. Parking is 25.00 per night. The lot was clean and well-lit. I felt safe.

Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Sevierville Kodak, TN
Very friendly staff. Balcony room was just a few dollars more so why not. It’s essentially a window with a rail, there was no seating.
