"Beds were super comfortable and the pool and gym were nice. Room service took more than an hour for a couple small meals, but otherwise the food was good. The staff were all very friendly. Great location as well."

"Great location! Walkable to the UT campus, but in the middle of downtown, so close to restaurants. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and a decent size. Will def be back again if we visit again."

"The lady at check-in was very nice. This hotel is in very poor condition in my opinion. I killed two bugs in our room. The sheets felt damp and the room smelled musty.
