The staff were amazing. The stay was for a special birthday treat, and it certainly was a treat. The hotel is in a wonderful location and the rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished. Plenty of parking

Honestly I have stayed in a lot of hotels around the world this hotel is just something else from the extremely friendly staff to the amazing hotel decor the comfy beds. I have 0 complaints. Make sure you give it a try you will not be disappointed!!

The epitome of the perfect hotel. Nothing we have stay with comes close to the perfection of this hotel.

Absolutely loved this hotel ❤️ from the moment we arrived until we left, the staff and service are exceptional as is the hotel and facilities. Couldn’t fault anything at all. The best hotel we’ve stayed in in London and I’ve tried many of the 5 star hotels here! The breakfast was epic! Honestly first class all round! We were given alcoholic welcome drinks on arrival In the beautiful new bar and showed around personally by the lovely Katerina. Will definitely be staying here again when we...

Absolutely lovely hotel, and lovely staff. Great facilities and extremely clean. Would definitely stay again!

Great staff. We mentined it was our anniversary on arrival at 1am (in passing) and next day returned to find a free bottle of champagne and signed card. A really nice touch. Staff were really helpful and friendly and hotel was really great quality. A fantastic place.

This was our second stay at The Rembrandt and we really couldn't fault it. It's now our go to hotel when we're in the area, one of the best we've stayed in in London.

We stayed for a day for a break before the birth of our third child, despite living in central London. A very relaxing afternoon in the spa and swimming pool (which is restricted to guests and, on a Saturday afternoon we were the only people in there). We booked a park view room which had great views over Hyde Park and were upgraded to a suite, which was exceptional. The service throughout was friendly and first class. Overall a great stay. Can't get a better location, near to Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Sq, Buckingham Palace...the hotel itself is immaculate, the double room was of a reasonable size, the bed so comfortable and bathroom well appointed. Shower was excellent, complimentary drinks on arrival and cookies and cranberry juice / water in the room. Downsides..not many, view was terrible and there was a slightly unusual smell in the room which you only really noticed first entering.

Charming place with great service and high quality rooms. Excellent for London attractions and we plan to return next year for Chelsea

Convenient

Location was excellent and free car/taxi service from hotel if car and driver were around. Cost was high.

The staff are so welcoming and the property is amazing. The garden is lovely and the room was very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Special shoutout for Moamen who was very helpful and welcoming to us. Thank you

A wonderful hotel. Spacious, comfortable and clean room. Perfect location for shopping and eating and access to transport.

This hotel is superb , the staff were excellent form arrival to departure and there was nothing they wouldn’t do.

Valet and doorman greeted us with a smile and remembered our name each time we left and returned! Wait staff in the dining rooms were so friendly and very attentive. Beautifully decorated for Christmas!

Excellent hotel in a great location.
