"When i first arrived I waited almost 10mins to xheck in because there was only 1 person there at the time taking care of 1 customer, also i had to wait almost 5 mins to receive my charge back, didn't have a register at the desk. The room was nice, except the shower door was had to open. When i tried the tv at night, only 8 channels were working at it was static. The pool looked beautiful till later when the pool collected trash near the edge of the pooli, so it wasn't a good idea to jump into the pool where we stayed so i went in a different way. And last the breakfast was very good, good selection of food and fruits. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had the deluxe room with pool access, having our own private plunge pool was amazing, especially since it was shaded most of the day. Pros: -Spacious room -Sound proof -Great A/C -Excellent water pressure in the shower -On site breakfast made mornings very easy -Two malls and beach within walking distance -Food at on-site restaurant was pretty good Cons: -Wifi could be fairly poor at times -Food service ends a bit early -While this didn’t negatively impact our trip, some may find the resort lacks things to do"
