They need to change the mattress

The check in was quick and non-fuss, they sent up the extra pillow that I requested pretty quick, asked for a non-smoking room, but there was an ashtray in the room. The mattress was in a sad and despair state. The bed linens were in the same state. Got the room on top of the car garage, there was car engine noise throughout the whole night. You can imagine a horrible night sleep. The room is quite clean, but the bathroom floor was wet when we checked in. I have stayed in better place for this price range in another hotel in Klang.
