"We just had a really great stay at the Fortune on Airport Road in Kochi!
Honestly, the place feels brand new – everything is modern, super clean, and just looks nice. It even smells good as soon as you walk in, which is a great first impression.
Our room was spotless. We really liked that they had all the little things we needed already in the room (like toiletries, tea/coffee), so we didn't have to call and ask. The staff we met were all very polite and helpful.

When we checked in, several things were not working properly: the AC, TV, some appliances, etc. so that we had to endure the workers who were called in to fix them, For a double occupancy room, only one glass (for drinks) and hand towel had bee provided initially. "Staff were only focused on how much we had to pay for early check in. We booked a room abd prepaid for 3 but the room had 1 towel and 1 water bottle. We hadvto request everything. The staff acted like they were doing us a favour. Ny husband was unwell and couldn't lie flat so requested an extra pillow which they refused to provide.
