Hotel and rooms were clean.. airport pickup was smooth and convenient. Once you land in cochin airportand you call the hotel they send the car. Friendly staff. Hot water available in the room. The only issue I had was with the bathroom shower. While showering the water was seeping out to the non wet area as the seal of the door with the bathroom floor was not proper. Food at the restaurant was also good.

The hotel was close to the airport and convenient after a long journey. The staff was pleasant and attentive. Room was very nice and comfortable. The only thing i would complain about is the cable tv was not working which was annoying as there were not a lot of options outside to pass the time.

We stayed in the airport hotel just prior to an early morning flight from Cochin International Airport. The bed was very comfortable, shower great and the pool looked very inviting too although we didn't use it. The restaurant had options that weren't available when we were there, otherwise it was very good.
