"I fully recommend this place eyes closed, 1000%. The service I just can’t describe it. Whenever we needed something we got it right away. The staff were incredibly polite, attentive, welcoming. This place is very peaceful. 15 mins away driving from rethymno so if you want to be closer to everything ( restaurants, old town, etc then this place wont be your best choice. Regardless, is worth going. You can make reservations to eat at Kapsaliana hotel."

"Excellent. We were a family of 3 and it ticked all of the boxes, aqua park, kids club, various pools (with very friendly lifegaurds), and beach, good selection of restaurants and a beach bar. Also a few Tavernas within walking distance and so you are not confined to the hotel."

"Wow, wow wow... We booked Uzenie wondering if the rave reviews were too good to be true. There are not. The hotel is exceptional - we have stayed in many places all over the world and Uzenie is genuinely the best. What makes it so fantastic are the amazing staff - their attitude and attention to detail was exemplary. They really go out of their way to be helpful - a few examples: my husband had some important work calls but the rooms are not set up with desks but one of the managers gave up...

"Wir waren das zweite Mal im Hotel und sehr zufrieden. Die Renovierung ist gelungen. Sehr gepflegte Anlage. Buffet am Abend könnte besser ausfallen! Rutschenpark ist für große Kinder geeignet (ab 120 cm). Es fehlen leider Rutschen für kleine Kinder. Altstadt ist sehr gut erreichbar und einen Besuch wert. Insgesamt waren wir wieder sehr zufrieden, vor allem der Zugang zu einem tollen Strand war gegeben und würden auch noch ein weiteres Mal kommen."

"We had a fantastic relaxing time at Creta Royal hotel. Hotel staff were very professional and attentive. Hotel and room were spotless all areas cleaned everyday. Food was amazing both at breakfast and dinner with lots of choice for both meat eaters and vegetarians something different everyday. Desserts were also varied and enjoyable.Beach and pool areas were wonderful. Enough chairs and parasols for everyone. Bus number 20 is 2 euros into rethymno old town easy and accessible. Bus is evey hour....
