"The hotel had four floors. One was below grade one at grade and two above grade. There was no elevator. Carrying luggage upstairs could be a problem for older people. We used the luggage storage before we checked in. It was nice but using the electronic lock system was a hassle. The room was very nice and spacious. The TV was a bit small.
