"Hotel was under renovation and their was a fault on the fire alarm panel both mornings which didn't make the stay feel all that safe with the major renovations going on. Their was no curtains over the window you could clearly see where the pole was taken out the extractor fan didn't work in the bathroom so the window was constantly open and didn't look like it could close. After the stay I recieved another bill from the hotel which km disputing through hotels.com as I had paid for the room...

Absolut empfehlenswert!"

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very small but clean."

"You could not ask for more from a guest house. The cooked breakfasts are beautifully cooked prepared with good quality ingredients and very filling. The bedrooms are well decorated, with plenty of tea, coffee and home made shortbread supplied. Julie, the landlady is incredibly friendly, proffessional and hard working. She takes a great deal of pride in her guesthouse and wants you to leave well satisied. A reflection of this guest house is that there are many returning visitors who book a year...

It is close to multiple bus stops and the tram, so it was easy to get to all the sights. It’s very close to Arthur’s Seat! There’s...

"Lovely owner. Charming music presentation in the evenings. Great location. A bit quirky."
