"Unfortunately the pool and pool deck were closed for renovations. We were not informed before we arrived and had paid extra for a pool view room with pool access. The reception staff were disinterested and just said that Hotels.com had been informed (which they hadn’t). The bar and restaurant staff were lively and very attentive. Overall, I would stay here again; the pool and pool area will probably be lovely when they renovate it. "

"One thing that really surprised me about this place: I took a taxi from the airport, a blue taxi if that makes any difference, and when I got to the hotel the driver said to take this receipt and the hotel will reimburse you. "The room was larger than we expected, and included a full kitchenette with a dining table and two nightstands. It was very clean. There is meter parking in front on the street, but the gentleman who checked us in told us the side streets are free parking and we had no trouble at all finding a close spot, even after we got back from the symphony later on in the evening. It was perfect!"
