"I asked in advance months ahead of my visit for a walk in shower as got mobility problems and one was not made available. … very disappointed as gave them plenty of time to provide one, hence unable to shower prior to a family wedding. My visit was split and second half was provided with walk in shower, appreciated but couple days late. How much notice does one have to give ??"

Zimmer mit augenscheinlich abgenutzten und dreckigem Teppich überall… Badezimmer ebenfalls dreckig und das Klo hat alles andere als frisch gereinigt gerochen. In der Dusche fanden sich noch Haare vom Vorgänger. Bis spät in die Nacht Live-Musik, empfanden wir jedoch als halb so wild. Wir konnten trotzdem schlafen. Blöd war nur der sehr laute und knarzende...

"Room was very spacious and comfortable beds and high quality linens. Conveniently located within walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. Limited information provided on check in, particularly that there is a pool on site, and there are fees to rent towels and a swim cap which was reported to be required. The leisure center seemed more like a workout center or gym rather than a hotel pool."

"This is a wonderful B&B, with amazing views. Our room was spacious and comfortable; Des and Susan were great hosts and made us feel very welcome. Great choices for breakfast, freshly cooked Irish breakfast and lovely porridge too. Plenty of local fresh fruit and honey. Good location for Waterford. Would highly recommend Samuels Heritage B&B."
