"This is an extremely Authentic Irish stay! They even had an Irish couple there preparing for a wedding which was very nice. The front desk anttendant (Chloe) and bar tender (can’t recall his name) were awesome as well."

"AC broke on the first hour there. Asked for a different room and was full and told to check tomorrow. Called five times to get the AC fixed and was told each time it would be. The next day I was told they would try fixing it again instead of moving me. Supposedly tried calling me later in the night for a switch. I tried calling reception twice on separate times with no answer. Checked out finally. Spent two days sweltering. Worst experience in my 5 days around Ireland so far."

"Our room was in the newly built wing of the hotel and was incredibly well designed for efficiency and ease. Also, and this was a big plus for us because we stayed there in the middle of a very rare-in-Ireland heat wave, our room had air conditioning. There is also handy hotel parking. The hotel is in a fabulous location ... Proximity to the castle, the craft and design centre and the beautiful Butler gardens as well as lots of great stores and restaurants. "We had an amazing time,the surroundings are just incredible,so beautiful and peaceful.My family really enjoyed the barn and we played board games,lit a fire which was fabulous.The option to BBQ also.We had such fun.Our huts were just gorgeous,everything was spotlessly clean,the bed was so comfortable and the bedding was to a very high standard.We took a stroll through the meadow and had a turn in the paddle boat on the the water on the grounds,so much fun.The hosts really take great care of this...
