"As others mentioned, the location was outside the city center and tourist areas which was exactly what I was looking for. The premium rooms facing the street had single pane windows, so there was traffic noise which many might find disturbing. The extra thick and high pillows could make for an uncomfortable sleep. The majority of the staff were friendly though many of them appeared shy. However, they were more than happy to help when I approached them for assistance. I booked without breakfast...
