Decent hotel in Khiva, although more rundown looking in person conpared to the pictures online. Kitschy architecture throughout. The room was large and clean, overlooking the pool, which was closed for the season (late November)

Hotel is basic and adequate but no more. Rooms are very basic and dated, and don´t expect anything more than a bed and a bathroom. Was given a room facing to a noise theme park which played loud music until 10:30pm. Furthermore, water pressure in the shower was almost non-existent and the power went out on the last day.

オフシーズンで観光客自体が少ないせいか、ホテルの周りも人通りが少なかったです。施設の古さは否めませんが、スタッフのサービスが良くて満足です。ヒヴァ駅からは近いですが、旧市街(イチャンカラ)からは徒歩で十数分かかり、少し遠く感じました。

Les +: Hôtel très bien placé, à 700m du centre historique et à 200m de la gare. Chambre vaste et propre, très très calme. Petit déjeuner correct et varié (vrai expresso ).Personnel aidant et à l écoute. Les -: la piscine était verte pendant 2 jours mais ils l ont nettoyé le 3e jour. La clim de notre chambre était faible (mais nous n avons pas demandé à changer). L hôtel mériterait un meilleur entretien autour de la piscine mais rien de grave

Amazing staff, I arrived early but I was able to get in my room immediately. Location is great, especially if you arrive by train. Walking distance from the railway station and also walking distance to the old town. Breakfast was okay, typical Uzbek breakfast. Rooms were clean but a bit wornout. There is a restaurant downstairs so you'll hear the music to your room, luckily both nights I stayed the party ended by 9pm so it didn't really disturb.
