"Hotel facility is new and modern. Room had enough space with all facilities. Staff were very nice. We had both dinner and breakfast at the facility. Food was amazing for both. My wife was saying she wants to come back here for longer stay. "

The reception talked to owner on speaker phone in Thai and we overheard the owner telling her to lie to us about the details and also refused to refund me. "Awesome location, close to great local food and 7-11 if you need something. The pictures are pretty accurate. We had a couple of broken window locks and needed extra pillows and blankets and management wouldn’t give them to us without contacting the condo owner for authorization. We never got them over our 7 day stay. At night the lighted walkway looks great but you can’t walk on it since the lights are so bright that they blind you from seeing steps. Our showers would not maintain temperature....
