"I have had privilege to stay at many large & boutique hotels in Bangkok over the years. My experience at Amari Bangkok was one of best and I would definitely come back for future trip if they keep this level of customer service. The hotel has one best hotel gyms I have seen in Bangkok and has lot of difference machines/plate loaded and a TRX setup. The rooms are little dated and retro but everything in my room was working well and very clean. Once again , the staff's customer service is world class in all departments."

"What else can you say, it's at 5 star hotel ontop of a mall with a great food court and easy access to the BTS and MRT. Great place to stay if you want that. Also the 10 floor infinity pool was fun, the view of Bangkok's skyline was cool."

"We had the club upgrade, which we highly recommend. The lounge staff are great. The room was quiet, spacious and comfortable. We had breakfast in the main hotel restaurant, normally good but we were disappointed this time."

"Great hotel. Great location, very close to an MRT station, it's also in the pick-up area for most of the tour companies. The service was very good. Even though my reservation didn't have breakfast included, I recommend that you get it; the breakfast is worth it."
