Very nice staff. One block from airport and there is a lot of planes flying low over you for most of the day. Very loud. Got used to it by day 2 not a deal breaker. Room AC never worked correctly slept uncomfortably for 3 nights. They said they fixed it while we were out but did not bring temp down much. They did have an awesome shuttle service that ran you to and from airport as well as downtown every 45 mins from 8 am until 10:30pm. Pool was great and nice pool bar with a decent food menu. They have some pushy local birds and a couple Iguannas that will Hound you for your food if sit at any lounge chair. To eat. they were very friendly and funny it was not annoying everyone loved them. Overall great place with a few small hiccups I would go back again.

Overall, I had a very nice day at the Hampton Inn. Our room was very nice, updated, and clean. This location was very convenient because it’s located right next to the beach and the trolley comes right to your hotel to pick you up. They even offer a shuttle services. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Great place to stay! Staff is amazing! Grounds are clean and well maintained. Notable shortages with pool towels but I brought my own for the beach so that was ok. Will definitely come back.

Room never was cleaned by staff until after 4 pm when we already arrived back to our room after being out all day. Only time it was cleaned was when I called and asked for an early cleaning because for the past 4 days it was the last room and too late in the day.

Clean, safe older motel that has been renovated. Pool was nice. Bar at the pool has limited selections. Our room overlooked the ocean and was a beautiful sight every morning watching the sun rise from the balcony. 2 story hotel with an elevator. Breakfast was limited. Overall I would recommend.

It’s not a large property the staff is nice and accommodating. If you do t like planes don’t stay here. They did not bother us, hope this helps.

The staff was amazing! Clean rooms and the transportation to and from the airport with their shuttle was very convenient and shuttle to downtown was a plus. Their shuttle drivers were the nicest people. clean rooms and pool area was wonderful. Will stay there again!

When we first arrived we were a little put off that the beaches were so far away. Once we rented a golf cart for the week, was awesome. We loved going to the beach, Duval St. and other attractions, but being able to return to a nice quiet place was the best!

Overall we had a fantastic time - loved our large, beautiful family room and the pool. Be aware that you are right next to the airport though and planes land and take off regularly. The thing that bothered us the most was the amount of plastic waste at breakfast. The hotel only provided plastic cups, plastic cutlery and paper plates. So bad for the planet and absolutely unforgivable these days! This would be reason enough for us not to stay there again unfortunately!

Quiet hotel without a lot of frills. But, the room was nice and big and clean. Nice little balcony. Pool area was nice too with a poolside bar with music. Shuttle service was convenient .
