Keith checked us in took us to our room explained where everything was including fresh milk in the fridge for your morning coffee or tea in your room and home made cookies, and how to get to the spa and pool. Tucked away in a little hamlet, this delightful guest house is a gem of a find. Everything is well maintained, beautifully furnished, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was as good as it gets, all personally served at the table in the large modern kitchen diner. The staff were kind, helpful and with a good degree of local knowledge. There is a hot tub in the garden and just steps away from the local pub which serves good food. We have no hesitation in saying you will be very happy to stay there....

A lovely warm welcome (home made cookies!) and a very comfortable stay. The room was spacious, beds huge, bathroom accessible, bathroom products divine, and there was lots of storage space. Walking distance to the beach and to The Ship Inn, and easy driving distance to other interesting places to visit: Felbrigg Hall, Holt, Blakeney (seal safari) and Wells Next The Sea all worth a visit. Breakfast was lovely and service excellent.

Excellent from the start. Breakfast was a full English and i mean FULL.my hubby really enjoyed it. There was a wide choice of alternatives otherwise The evening meals made it hard to choose, never seen a sirloin steak large and cooked to perfection, it was delicious, All the staff were very helpful and cheerful. Top marks to the chef and Sue who made it a nice place to be. Hope to return for a longer stay soon.

We were made welcome from the time we checked in and all hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is dog friendly and cleaning staff even took the trouble to put a small plastic map for our dog's bowls in the room. Overall, a lovely stay with excellent breakfasts and excellent meals in both the restaurant and bar. The licensee who was on duty for most of our stay - Steve - was exceptionally helpful and went out of his way to make to make our stay enjoyable.
