"Car park was a struggle to get in and out of with not much backing room and turn space. Friendly staff just wished I hadnā€™t had to wait a while to get a fresh set of towels, seen a family waiting for a staff member was there for a long period of time. When arriving not properly greeted or instructed on how cleaning and everything works (or even telling us tourist about whatā€™s around here and what activities are on etc)"
