"Staff was great, as was their flexibility. We loved the breakfast by the pool, however the pool was cold ( listed as heated pool). I still went in and enjoyed floating alone in the sun Our room was clean and attended to daily, unfortunately towels are highly rationed. Over all the accommodations are SIGNIFICANTLY BETTER than the office would suggest. I would definitely return "

"Expedia put me and my wife in a wheelchair room, something that would not have happened if I went directly through the hotel. Unfortunately, having no counter space and a sink next to the bed, and our wake up times 2 hours apart, it made for a miserable experience trying to shave and brush teeth in the dark, my wife was not happy and neither was I, I called expedia and they basically said it is what it is, otherwise the manager at the hotel was great and apologetic, we cut our trip short as it was not livable"

"The manager told me not to film on “his property” a Tik Tok I was filming for The Hilton brand. The front desk woman is really professional and kind. True Naples spirit is simply kind, nothing else. Fabulous, dog friendly property. "

I called the front desk a dozen times to try to switch rooms because neighbors were yelling until 3 am the night before. Their phone rings and rings, and they never pick up. Their email also does not work. When I was finally able to go to the front desk, they were unable to switch our room but were able to tell us the people left, so we should not be disturbed again. Rooms are nice, but the sink pressure is way too harsh. The door is difficult to lock and unlock. "
