"Hotel property is in impeccable condition, rooms are maintained squeaky clean, staff is very polite and friendly, and you are a few steps from your room to the beach no matter which room you are. The pool area is very nice and the pool bar staff is phenomenal: Jessa, Edward and Jude are rockstars! Will definitely come back to this little slice of heaven in Kauai."

"Well the property is under construction which we weren’t aware of upon our stay. The hot tub and part of the pool were closed off. An entire floor was closed to contractors being present during the day so it was hard to get from to pool and to lobby. The room itself was also dirty and only one working elevator made timing issues."
