Paradox Resort Phuket

"The Paradox resort is very well located within proximity to Karon beach, shops, bars amd restaurants. Our room was upgraded to the penthouse suite which is very spacious and it even has a mini pool on the roof. Unfortunately, there was a lot of rain the first day and there were several leaks from the ceiling and sliding door that made it a bit uncomfortable. We contacted the front desk and they offered to move us to another room but with all the rain going on, we decided to just stay in the same room. The staff was gracious to bring plenty of towels to absorb the water and replenished them often. I was also granted a late check out on our last day that was very convenient since we were catching a later flight to go home. The food was excellent including the breakfast buffet and in room dining menu offered a variety of dishes. The pool and surrounding areas were well maintained also. Overall the staff and services were very attentive however the property needs some updates. I would stay here again but in a different room."

"We had a wonderful stay at RIU Phuket. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, from check-in to restaurant service. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and cleaned perfectly every day. The beach views were stunning, and waking up to the ocean was a highlight of our trip. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing, with plenty of space to unwind. Great location, great service, and a great atmosphere overall. We'd happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket!"

"Daisy and Irish were both very friendly staff. They made sure that our stay was great, always asking what they could help us with. The interaction with them gave us info what the area offers, entertainment and food, what to watch out for regarding safety. Look for them if you are staying in Chanalai Garden Resort. They did above and beyond customer service."

"The wedding staff is amazing. Kathy and Nutty will take care of EVERYTHING!! The ceremony setup was beautifully arranged. The spa was amazing. We did a couple massage. Mai and Natt took great care of us."

"We loved this resort. We love Thailand. The food was good the room was clean the staff was attentive when need and very kind. They even assist making sure you get across the street safely to go adventure or go to the ocean. Walking distance of 7eleven. We used grab to get around worked great."

"The rooms were great and the ac worked fantastic it was very cold. The pool was beautiful especially at night as we thoroughly enjoyed our walkout room to the pool. I would returned and booked here again. I did not get their breakfast since we slept in after a long day of activities and the staff was very helpful"

"Had a wonderful stay at Baipho Lifestyle Hotel. The room was very clean, the breakfast was nice and delicious, and the staff were kind, friendly, and very helpful whenever we had questions. The location is very convenient, within walking distance of Patong Beach and the shopping mall. Highly recommended, I’d happily stay here again!"
