"The staff were so helpful, thoughtful and kind. We had done multiple day reservations and as part of a group of 8 and everything was handled smoothly. Rooms were very clean and quiet, conveniently located to restaurants and train stations (Tozai line). The laundry room was awesome. Coin operated, clean, spacious wait area, and ironing supplies. Next to vending and ice machines. We will be back."

"Excellent hotel in quiet neighborhood near Shinjuku station. Station was just a short walk. Many great restaurants. We had 2 adjoining rooms for 4 people. Rooms were spacious and clean. Bathroom was awesome - favorite part was the heated toilet seat. Great service as well. Would definitely stay again"
