The staff were so kind, I felt welcome and safe as a solo traveler. Large room, clean facilities, and wonderful inclusions such as a beach bag and a delicious breakfast each morning. Highly recommend!

The staff here might be the nicest people ever. So incredibly accommodating with anything and everything. The hotel is in a great location in the middle of Kata. Breakfast was very good every morning and there was a nice selection to choose from. They also gave us free 1 hour massage vouchers for the spa next door which was fantastic. There was no laundry on-site despite what the listing said which was a little annoying. Also, if available, be sure to ask for a room facing west. It might be a little nosier from the road (not that bad), but they have private balconies as opposed to the east rooms that are all connected and lead to a fire escape. They were super understanding when we asked to move rooms and felt much more comfortable knowing that no one would be able to just walk by our balcony door. All in all, this is a great little boutique hotel that I would definitely recommend.

My experience at Sugar Ohana was amazing! The hotel was beautifully decorated, squeaky clean, and the staff there are always attentive and helpful. I will definitely stay here again if I comeback to kata.

Very nice hostel. It was a great surprise. The hotel is brand new, very clean and closed to the beach. Very good surprised with breakfast included which was not announced and also free excursion. The staff is super. I recommend definitely

So many fantastic extras were included, such as breakfast and a trip to Freedom beach, which we were not expecting. The staff, especially Gun, were delightful.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, dass ein leckeres Frühstück als Überraschung sowie kostenlose kurze Trips an der Insel angeboten wurden. Unser Rezeptionist Gun hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert und war sehr freundlich.

Mycket rent och fint hotell med centralt läge
Jättefint hotell. Fin modern och stilren design. Rum och allmänna ytor var mycket rent. Personalen myckt hjälpsam och trevlig. Om ni behöver hjälp av någon som pratar bra engelska fråga efter Baas. Superhotell, kommer att åka dit igen.... 😀

There is no elevator....which we didn’t know and were on the 3rf floor-not youngtersd anymore so found this a huge challenge!!

i was happy to extend my stay at Sugar Ohana i will plan to go back in Phuket and sure i will be back here perfect for me, good breakfast with toasts, eggs, coffee,fruits great location tip : if you like quiet, dont be on the road side, ask opposite

Close to beach and main road.
Very close to kata beach and main road. Kind staff. IIt is more of modern motel in the other country than hotel. No elevator.

Great hotel in a great location
This hotel was great. It was about a five minute walk to Kata beach. There were lots of options for dining and shopping. Very close to a market. The room was clean, comfortable and newly renovated. The air conditioning worked great. The breakfast in the morning was toast and fruit. The only con is that there is no elevator so this may be an issue for some. We loved it here and highly recommend staying here! We would definitely go back!

Guesthouse commode
Guesthouse atypique avec entrée par le salon de massage. Bien situé, avec toutes les commodités à proximité. Nous avons apprécié le ménage journalier, changement du linge de toilette, petites bouteilles d eau données tous les jours, réfrigérateur et bouilloire à disposition. Nous avions une chambre donnant sur la rue et n avons jamais été dérangés par du bruit. Notre séjour dans ce guesthouse nous a plu. Nous avons en tant que hôtes bénéficies de réductions de tarifs sur les massages du salon qui nous ont comblés. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.
