Mycket bra hotell med fantastisk personal och ett mycket bra läge. Inne på hotellområdet är det en lugn atmosfär och när man kliver ut så hamnar man mitt i Kata Beachs centrum med allt vad det innebär. Hotellet har den där sköna känslan av Thailand, inte för modernt eller tillgjort.

The waiters for breakfast very friendly helpful i asked on the 24th if thay could dress up in Christmas hats a clothing. Thay went one better and dressed as father Christmas with a big bag of sweets for the kids. And in the back ground Christmas music. Fabulous.

From the cleaner up to management the staff was amazing the rooms was cleaned every day so relaxing pool was clean and warm plenty areas and sunbeds available 3 mins walk to amazing kata beech 20 seconds from kata market and surrounding shops and amenities would definitely recommend this hotel

Amazing staff, great pool side rooms.
We stayed at this hotel twice during our stay in Thailand, at the beginning of our trip and again at the end. We chose to come back here as it suited our needs. It was close to everything, the pool access rooms were great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. On our return journey I unfortunately slipped and broke my knee cap. The staff couldn't have been more helpful over the next few days when I was incapacitated. They really helped make a very uncomfortable situation so much more pleasant. We wouldn't hesitate to return here on our next visit to Thailand.

Cheap, decent rooms, lack of diversity
Affordable, no frills hotel in a good location. We received an upgrade to one of the larger room, but this meant we didn’t have a pool access room. Nonetheless, we were happy with more space. The hotel overall seems old and has its damages, it could do with a lot of refurbishment. Maybe the hotel closed down during covid and is in the progress of bringing itself back to glory. It is also hard to find for some taxi drivers and could do with better signage. One key notes I’d make aware to future guests about the hotel and the overall area is the heavy influence and migration of Russians since the beginning of their political conflicts which has led to a major lack of diversification in tourists, and the saturation of the local Thai presence and feel. The hotel staff were friendly, especially Tong who met us, learnt our names and was very helpful during our stay.

The people were extremely friendly and the room was wonderful poolside. Conveniently Located across from the beach and right behind a wonderful market. I can't thank the staff enough for the wonderful job that they did. I wanted to tip all of them but there were so many of them I would have gone home broke

We really liked the property unfortunately half of the property is shut down due to covid the staff is super nice and very courteous did everything we asked them. Great staff. This is the second time that we have stayed at this hotel. The service and friendliness of the staff was wonderful! My only concern was that the Wi-Fi service was not very reliable as the connection was sometimes hard to get or dropped off every 15 seconds or so.

Utcheckning smidig men debiterades för ett glas som gått sönder (vilket kan vara okej men det kändes lite löjligt med 50bath för ett litet glas som inte kostar i närheten av det. Jag undrar om man debiteras samma ifall ett glas går sönder under frukosten. Sammanfattningsvis vi är nöjda med hotellet, läget, rummet och större delen av personalen.

Peaceful hotel
We stayed as a couple in a pool access room for a few nights and found our stay was peaceful and relaxing. We highly recommend pool access room if you are a couple as you will be further up the hotel and away from the kids in the main pool area, however if you a sun-worshipper then ensure you request a room with the balcony facing south otherwise you won't have any sun at all. The room was comfy and felt secure, with double locks on both the pool access and front door. Rooms good size. The majority of the guests are Russian couples, with a few families here and there, and we found all staff and other guests to be very friendly. Breakfast was fine, the usual stuff you get in Thai hotels really; egg station, rice soup, bacon and sausages (hot dog style) and fruit. There was also some slightly more odd breakfast options, such as stir fried noodles and pasta dishes. All of decent enough quality. One good thing about the hotel is that despite being in the centre of (the very overcrowded) Kata, it felt a million miles away from the hustle and bustle, being tranquil and peaceful. It was a 5 min walk to the (very overcrowded) beach and loads of markets and shops on the doorstep when you walk out in to Kata.

This property was in a great location - central to several markets and very close to the beach. The hotel model is very nice in that all the rooms open up to the public pool However, because it was an open model there were many mosquitos and even a lizard in our room. Wunderbarer Beach- und Pool Aufenthalt
Das Resotel liegt in einer schönen Anlage plaziert um den Pool. Alles ist sauber und die Zimmer sind geräumig und haben eine tolle zweite Aussendusche. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich mit warmen thailändischen Speisen und normalen Frühstück mit verschiedenen Eierspeisen, Müsli, Obst etc. großartig. Der Weg zum Strand ist auch sehr nah und die Bucht ist wunderbar.

Gute Lage, in die Jahre gekommene Hotelanlage
Wir waren, um ehrlich zu sein, insgesamt etwas enttäuscht von dem Hotel, das unserer Meinung nach höchstens 3 Sterne verdient hätte. Die gesamte Anlage ist schön angelegt mit mehreren Pools und Wasserarmen, aber bei genauerem Hinsehen doch schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Auch in unserem Zimmer, das recht einfach und zweckmäßig eingerichtet war, nagte der Zahn der Zeit. Gefallen hat uns nur der direkte Zugang über die große eigene Terrasse zum Pool. Das Frühstücksbüffet war auch nicht gerade das, was wir uns in einem 4-Sterne-Hotel eigentlich erhofft hatten: kein Teesortiment, nur Schwarztee aus einer Riesenkanne, der über längere Zeit warmgehalten wird, kaum Auswahl an Thaigerichten, Fertigkuchen... wir haben nur 2x von 4 Tagen im Hotel gefrühstückt!! Toll ist die Lage: in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß ist man am relativ sauberen Strand und zahlreiche Restaurants und Shops sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Ett jättefint hotell med helt suveränt läge i Kata med närhet till allt! Lugnt, tyst och tryggt! Enda minuset är att sängarna var hårda.
