"There’s “unique,” and then there’s Gold-Diggers, a five star boutique hotel above a sound studio and small venue night club. Music is the theme! Vinyl turntable in room. vinyl house gift too, along with drink tokens and access to whatever show is happening downstairs. Incredibly helpful staff, but be prepared, the staff is also working the sound studio and everyone goes home at 6pm. After that you’re on your own, more like a high end hip guest house than a hotel.

"We love supporting family-owned boutique hotels this is a great find in Hollywood if you wanting a place to stay that has lots of character and you love the movies like we do this is a must stay we will be staying at this hotel a lot more frequently when we visit Hollywood and do our special movie Nights that we do on a consistent basis the owner is there you can tell he really cares about his hotel there's a great little bar named Lily's bar and a great Diner to have food you have everything...
"The only thing I'd change is to add some coffee in the guest rooms. If there was a coffee maker in our room I couldn't find it. It's nice to have a coffee in the morning without having to get dressed and go to the lobby/restaurant. Otherwise this was a great stay and the complimentary sparkling rose at checkin was just a clincher. Will 100% stay here again."
