"Hidden resort fee of $50 daily and we didn’t even get to use it our first night after checking in at 10pm. Pool is shared with a residential unit and no change rooms/towels. Breakfast items were overpriced and mediocre. Very disappointing quality for a 4 star property. "

"Spent a good amount of time while here waiting just for the elevator so etines 20-30min. With our room being separated from our family, and even after being asked at check-in and throughout the stay to change to be together, even after multiple rooms checking out on our floors, there was no accommodation. We were split between different elevators and over 10 floors! The electric plug and air conditioner were broken, and they waited to send a replacement AC until after 10pm. The rooms were closet size with rusty fixtures and dripping facets. I would definitely NOT book this hotel. The parking and "resort" fees are crazy, and the pool is laughable as only a bigger than a bathtub!"

"Secure parking, but for an extra cost. No hot tub. I feel like the rooms lack some light! We rented 3 separate rooms and they all felt a little dark to me. "

"Overall experienced was nice. The bathroom though has a weird smell and we had to asked the front desk 3 times for the housekeeping to come and changed our towels. The staff are friendly and helpful. "

"Parking is eother valet or walk far. There is only one elevator from street level to Lobby level and it is for luggage, strollers, wheelchairs, elders, etc. The elevators in general are lacking. 5 elevators for 25 floors, then it went down to 4 because one of them shut down. All in all the hotel staff was amazing, the room was incredible, and its in the perfect location. Good ada accommodation for such an old building but some more options would be great"
