"Sarp at the restaurant and Ece at the reception was excellent host. However the two boys at the reception was useless. They need proper training how to deal with customers. I requested a quite room and an iron but they didn’t care. They have no idea how to speak to a customer. Whereas Ece and Sarp had gone extra miles to correct errors and deal with difficult situations. They are credit to the hotel team. "

"We pulled up to valet the car and the valet guys, 3 of whom were chit-chatting, standing around, and playing with their phones, basically told us to buzz off and park our own car. The other valet pulled up behind us and starting honking at us to move the car. What a way to welcome your Hilton Honors guest! I finally self park the car in the garage and check in. I go to check in at the Hilton Honors desk and he tells me to go check in at the regular desk…He was too busy playing with his personal...
