"The room was not clean at all, with a bad smell and high humidity. There was hair in the bathroom and jacuzzi, and it seemed like the rooms were never properly cleaned. I did not feel safe staying there. The breakfast was also poor, and overall, I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families. I would like to request a refund for my stay. "

No fruit juice and the coffee looked like cheap powder. We had bread, cheese tomatoes and cucumber. There was no butter or yoghurt that i could see.
