"Other than the fact that no one was there when I arrived and I had to call and wait for them, things were great. The hot water also took a while to arrive and didn't last long. But the staff were helpful and the location was close to most of what you want to see in Pingyao."

"This was a special find. Convenient location - just steps to the gate into old town, restaurants, shops, and the entry steps to the old city wall. The bed was comfortable and the staff were amazing! We felt very at home here. Highly recommend!"
