"For carrying the Hilton name the history of the hotel Astoria, there was no value for the high price.
General staff with cultural approaches to make you feel the problem is "you".

"We had a wonderful stay. The staff was courteous, friendly, and helpful. Hotel was clean and modern and it felt like they catered to our needs. The breakfast was varied and delicious and the rooms were spacious and clean. Our holiday stay over Passover had kosher food and religious accomodations. Excellent overall."

"The staff of male constantly told me he is not working when that day was Saturday the Shabbat stated, but before that Shabbat started, a woman staff did not give the key that can open the front door, she also didn’t give me the door code to open the door. "the staff were very helpful on a personal note the lift looks like it has not been replaced since the building was built and the staircase is rather dingy but really not the end of the world. we went for a suite which well appointed with view over the Kind David Hotel. The room was very well cleaned and had the last occupants milk and yoghurt still it in when we arrived. For the money a really good place to stay."
