"Went to enjoy a birthday weekend with my family. I rented two rooms and changed 20 mins after checking in because neither room had hot water and the phones didn’t work. The rooms we changed were better but the next night one room had a jacuzzi and the ceiling was leaking above from it. We were given the opportunity to change rooms again but we were leaving the next day. The only thing they offered to rectify was a discount on our stay which I still haven’t received. Overall I didn’t enjoy my stay. Two thumbs down!!!"
