The hospitality here was truly exceptional and the entire staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They were incredibly attentive, kind, and always available to help with anything we needed. Location is good right at the center of stone town. The room we got was too humid as it had not a lot of widows , so it felt a bit claustrophobic although room itself was not small. The staff was great and the breakfast at the top was a plus. The rooms and amenities are outdated and need a bit of improvements and modernizing, including the bathroom.
