"Easy check in, very accommodating regardless of a busy week."

"They have done a lot of renovations and upgrades since I was here last time before covid. This time I stayed in the lodge instead of the chalet. I like that it's a two minute drive to town so you really get to feel like you are in the wild. All though I didnt eat thier or purchase food, I like that now have an option to eat there or purchase food for your stay. The restuarant/bar looked good. I also liked that they had an option of a fire pit for those that saty in the lodge, since the cabins come with thier own. The room itself was clean, good amenties, a balcony to relax on and a/c a must in the July summer. "

"Stayed here couple nights while visiting Jasper. We were not expecting the devastation from the wildfires. But the hotel was very clean and we stayed in the newer wing. Very nice and the staff were great. "

"Awesome hotel, pool was great, staff were very friendly, restaurant had amazing staff……my only complaint-they didn’t have a top sheet on the bed and the comforter was wayyyyy to thick so we cooked-our other travellers with us felt the same. Pretty minuscule complaint……everything else was awesome!"
