Personnel serviable et très agréable. Chambre au calme.

The hotel does not have 6 swimming pools as advertised. There is only one pool that looks like it has not been used for years although at the check-in we were told that there was an electrical issue and it was shut down temporarily. We were never told about "the other pools." The garden and the terrace look run down and unused; the furniture that is still there is partially covered; the vegetation is dry -- no greenery or flowers like in the pictures! A very disappointing stay as we were hoping to relax "at the pools" in between trips. Also, the restaurant serves overprized low quality food, and the elevators cannot be used without the room key; the four of us were given one key only! The only good thing was the breakfast -- quite decent.
