"Stayed on the executive floor and the breakfast and evening snacks services were very good. The staff were all very helpful and polite and really went out of their way to assist despite my very limited Spanish. Location is also good and the airport shuttle, a real bonus. "

"The room was beautiful with a good distribution. The check in was fast, but the gave us the wrong room and we have to switch. A room for four only have two bath towels, we have to ask for extras and also one pillow per person, and we are use to have two per person. The bed was not comfy as we expected from a five star hotel. The breakfast was good but the sitting us in a table that was not clean and ready. We have dinner at Ushin and the service and the food was really good but too slow, I think they don’t have enough servers."

"Wi-Fi was good, gym was nice, I had great views of the mountains, but the trade off was a lot of traffic noise (definitely had to have quality earplugs (provided) every night."
