"We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment for a family holiday. The main bedroom had a sliding door which was tinted but still let the light through from the living area. This was problematic as my toddler needed to sleep early in the room at night. The other room did not have a door. There is an oven/microwave and also a stove, however, if you want to do any cooking on the stove you have to rent equipment from the hotel. Location of the hotel is good, only a short walk from a number of train stations. There is also a convenience store just outside the reception and some restaurants nearby."

"It's ok, a bit of a walk to the center for shopping and restaurants. The hotel provided no amenities and ask you to go to 7-11 downstairs to buy,not to many staff speak english"

"This the the second time I’ve stayed at Lotte Hotel in Seoul and it will definitely not be the last. The hotel staff are very helpful, very kind and friendly. Its location is very convenient with access to public transportation and walking distance to popular areas Myeongdong and Namdaemun. I shall definitely book a stay at this hotel when I visit Seoul again."

"Perfect example of Korean hospitality: check-in and check-out were super fast and efficient, the room spacious and perfectly clean, bed and pillows were great quality. This place was ideal for a short stay in Seoul, its location is within a lively district with restaurants, cafes and many shops, well connected by subway but not noisy at night. "room we got was big and nice. The room cleaning staff did a thorough job with cleaning our room and making our beds. They always changed the bed sheets at room cleaning. The lobby staff was also nice and helpful. Location was convenient, close to subway station. We would stay here again."

"Staff were clean, our cleaning lady was especially attentive and kind. We loved the comforter but not the mattress so much; it was okay. The area is so so but definitely helpful that it's so close to the subway station. A bit far from all the main attractions. Hotel being right next to the train station was a bit loud and was not helpful trying to cure my jet lag but honestly it's a great hotel for the value"
